San Pedro - Under Construction

Here are some of the waterfront attractions that we are currently under construction:

22nd Street Park

This 16-acre open green space is complete!  The beautiful park opened with a community picnic on January 9, 2010.  It encompasses 4 ½  acres of flat grassy area for active recreation, along with walking trails, meadow plants and shade trees, bathrooms and of course the Crescent Avenue Bike Path.

Cabrillo Beach

Improvements to Cabrillo Beach including new picnic areas, landscaping, waterfront promenade, playground equipment, an area for windsurfers, and new bathrooms.

Cabrillo Way Marina

Encompassing 42.4 acres of land and 38.9 acres of water the Cabrillo Way Marina project will provide the boating community with a world class concrete dock system, comprising 700 new slips and set aside areas for future commercial retail properties.
