FUTURE DOWNTOWN HARBOR

 

Phase II of the Downtown Harbor will include creation of the 7th Street Pier, improvements to the current John S. Gibson park, a municipal fountain, enhancements to downtown San Pedro linkages and final relocation of Crowley tugboats.
